CODMA OP is an organization of producers with its head office and main production plant in Fano (PU), boasting fifty years of entrepreneurial experience and a specialized vocation in the sector of vegetables, and in particular the typical greens and vegetables of the Marches region. Its produce, with a production of over 18,000 tons with a turnover of 10 million euros, come from the cultivations of its member farms working in central and southern Italy, where the consortium has three more processing facilities to guarantee efficient services and logistics. The expert technical staff of these facilities ensure total monitoring of the entire production process, guaranteeing full compliance with rigorously integrated farming procedures.

Produce freshness “from field to table”, ongoing controls and chemical analyses at all production stages, diversification of production and marketing with extreme flexibility in the management of processes and packaging, and produce and process certifications, all implemented to guarantee final consumers the greatest possible assurances of product quality, provenance and genuineness of the produce.
The production, harvesting, selection, preparation and distribution systems of CODMA OP have EUREPGAP and BRC certifications and guarantee the absolute traceability of every single product. The main produce of the range are white cauliflowers, broccoli, green cauliflowers, savoy cabbages, spring cabbages, leeks, lettuces, artichokes, melons and watermelons.
