THE COMPANY
Codma OP, which has offices and premises in Fano (PU), is an association of producers that boasts more than 50 years of entrepreneurial expertise and dedicated specialisation in the horticultural sector, in particular, the vegetables typical of the Marche region.
Its production – over 20,000 tonnes with a turnover of 15 million euro – comes from member farms operating in the regions of central and southern Italy, where three other operational platforms are located, in order to guarantee efficient services and logistics. Thanks to experienced technical personnel, full control of the entire production process and strict integrated production guidelines is guaranteed.
The freshness of “from field to table” products, constant production checks and chemical analyses, production and sales diversification with excellent flexibility in processing and packaging management, product and process certification – all this guarantees utmost tranquillity for final consumers in terms of product quality, origin and wholesomeness.
PRODUCTS
CODMA OP production systems, harvesting, selection, preparation and distribution, which are IFS-GLOBALGAP-GRASP certified, guarantee the absolute traceability of all products.
The main products in the range are: white cauliflowers, broccoli, green cauliflowers, Savoy cabbages, green cabbages, leeks, endives, radicchio, melons and watermelons.
