Apples

Round in shape, their colour varies depending on the variety, from green to yellow or red with spots and streaks. The skin is usually fine, smooth and tough. The stalk, which is very robust, is attached to the fruit in a kind of hollow called the peduncular cavity. The flesh, which is sometimes floury, is white or yellowish, firm and juicy, with a sweet or slightly sour taste.
Fun fact: apples have many properties; they are refreshing, digestive and diuretic.
